06 Nov Jack Lynch
A lifelong resident of Columbus, Jack Lynch has been surrounded by music from an early age. His musical journey began with piano and guitar, but as a teenager, he discovered his true passion for drums and percussion. He quickly immersed himself in the world of drumming, performing in rock bands at local festivals and clubs, and playing with his high school jazz band. Alongside his love for drums, Jack expanded his musical skills by playing baritone in high school ensembles.
Jack’s talent and dedication led him to The Ohio State University Marching Band, where he proudly served as a three-year member of the Baritone section, experiencing the thrill of performing in one of the nation’s most esteemed marching bands.
Today, as a dedicated teacher at GnG Music Instruction, Jack is eager to share his lifelong love of music with his students. He strives to inspire and equip them with the skills to enjoy music, both in personal expression and in community with others. Beyond teaching, Jack continues to bring music to life through live performances and studio recordings. He is currently the drummer for Top Scrub and Kennedy Hall, with each performance reflecting his deep commitment to his craft.
